Bill Little has more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry with 10 years in executive positions.  Bill has split his career across Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Biofuel, and Biomass. Bill’s career is equally split between the Engineering and Construction of plants, along with the Startup, Operation, and Maintenance of plants.

Bill’s prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering and Construction at Enviva with responsibility for the $750 million, seven project capital program across four states. These projects included two greenfield wood pellet mills, four wood pellet mill expansion projects, and one deep water port.

Bill’s early career included 20 years at Chevron in engineering, project management and operations roles, as well as 11 years military service with a final rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Aviation Branch. Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
