Cedric Burgher has more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry and over 20 years in executive positions. He has deep industry and financial experience, including oil and gas, energy transition, private equity and banking. Cedric has served as a CFO for public and private companies, with leadership involvement in numerous acquisitions and strategic endeavors including executing two IPOs as CFO.

As CFO for Occidental Petroleum, Cedric led financing and other workstreams associated with the $55 billion acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum. As COO of Quantum Energy Partners, he was involved with private equity investments and acquisitions from initial scoping and diligence to structuring, stewarding and monetizing. As CFO for KBR, Cedric led the company through its IPO and spin-off from Halliburton and was involved in the risk, vetting and structuring of several large EPC contracts. As Senior Managing Director for FTI Consulting, he focused on renewable and other energy transition projects to support transactions and strategic initiatives.

Cedric’s prior experience also includes executive positions with Halliburton, Baker Hughes and EOG Resources. His early career included eight years in banking with an emphasis on acquisition financing. Cedric received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
