Our People

Kipp Workman serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Relations, responsible for fiber supply chain, sustainability management, QAC, and relations with offtake customers. Kipp has had a 12-year career in senior sales, business development, customer relations, contract negotiation and key account management. Kipp specializes in feedstock sustainability, sourcing, and pricing with a focus on Sustainable Biomass Program (SBP) certification, SDE+ certification, and Life Cycle Analysis for greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting.

Prior to joining RBG Kipp was a senior manager at the Stoller Group, a multi-national agriculture technology firm. Kipp also previously served as Petroleum Pricing Analyst with Federated Cooperatives responsible for analyzing national and foreign supply trade, price setting and regional allocations. Kipp received a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business Economics from the University of Manitoba.
